CHLBS GUEST ARRANGEMENTS

Novice guests are welcome to attend a club shoot upon invitation by an existing member, provided that A qualified coach is present and agrees to supervise the guest. This should be established on behalf of the guest by the inviting member in good time before the shoot.

The inviting member should also ensure in good time that equipment can be made available for his/her guest. This being on a first come, first served basis.  

A guest who has previous archery experience may attend subject to providing evidence of this, and would not be required to receive coaching.

A guest, having attended a club shoot may make further visits by existing member invitation, but not on consecutive weeks. A guest would not be required to receive further coaching for repeat visits.

Club equipment is available to guests on a first come first served basis . It is also available to club coaches who are coaching guests prior to attending a club shoot.

Visiting qualified archers are welcome subject to arrangement with a club member and numbers involved. Evidence of membership of a mainstream archery organisation should be provided.

No guests or visiting archers will be allowed on club competition days.
